Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Alké, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Service
Alké is a wellness app that provides guidance around energy, sleep, nutrition, movement, recovery, and habits through software and AI.
Not medical advice
Alké does not replace doctors, dietitians, therapists, or other health professionals. If you have a medical condition or emergency, seek professional help.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Alké. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Account and payments
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and pay any active subscription according to the price shown at checkout. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, automate abusive usage, reverse-engineer the software, or use Alké for illegal purposes.
Intellectual property
Alké, its brand, design, and software are owned by ECG or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you submit (meals, messages, metrics); you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service.
Service provided "as is"
Alké is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Alké. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Alké and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, notify you within the app. Continued use of Alké after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable to ECG's operations. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
