Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial
Alké offers a 14-day free trial according to the checkout available when you sign up. You will not be charged during the trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription activates automatically at the price shown at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel an active subscription anytime from the app or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, but does not automatically delete your account or data.
Refunds
If you believe there was a billing error or an unauthorized charge, email info@equatorcg.com within 14 days of the charge so we can review it. We evaluate each request individually; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
