Alké may store account data, wellness profile data, meals, activity, recovery signals, Hermes conversations, and integrations you voluntarily connect (such as Strava or Whoop).
How we use it
We use this data to operate the app, personalize guidance, improve security, and keep your experience consistent across sessions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Providers
We may use services such as Supabase, Stripe/Lemon Squeezy, AI providers, and health integrations to process data needed for the service. These providers only access the data necessary to perform their function.
Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain uses, under applicable data protection law (such as GDPR or CCPA). You can exercise these rights from within the app where available, or by contacting us.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as language). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Alké is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
